Track — the design space
The personal MTT session & bankroll tracker. Direction is locked: the Grinder Factsheet — light, premium, content-over-design. Below, the working flow; the data model; and the archived exploration that got us here.
§ Pages
Capture — photo-first (web modals)
The redesigned capture flow: logging starts with the photo, not a form. Drop one or many images (+ optional text) → track reads them, guesses the event(s) and fills the details → you confirm. Web modals now, app sheets later; every value shows its source; full multiline copy.
The Flow — Grinder Factsheet (phone)
The working product, five screens on one system: session start → add event (with photos) → end / bag day → review (5 glances) → edit. Mood as typed tags, a multi-day WSOP run, colored cards.
The Cards — event composer
Every event type as its own card on one grammar: primary fields always visible, details behind More. Session start · chips · field · re-entry · rebuy · hand · payout · bounty · break · expense · mood · note. The "enter only what's necessary" flow.
Review Cards — the result side
A finished session in six lenses: overview · finance · hands · mind · replay · multi-day, plus a bankroll P&L across every session. The Replay glance scrubs the run — your stack solid, the field average dashed.
Add & Edit — the flash card
Logging is a bottom sheet over the live dashboard: tap + → pick → fill → one tap. Editing is the same card pre-filled, reached from a ⋯ on any row. Delete always offers undo; auto-calc fields pin when you override them.
Glossary & data model
The source of truth: entities, field states, the type:value tag system (incl. mood tags), connections & memory, the money model, the event catalog, mirrors, gates, media & derived metrics.
Concept exploration (20)
How we got here — 20 blind concepts from independent designers (round 2 added the replayer). Kept for reference; early screens archived too.
